- Click the Orders tab in your Creator Dashboard
- Find and open the order from the customer
- From your order details page click on the Issue Refund button.
- This will open the form to process your refund.
The full amount to refund will be selected by default or you can edit it to issue a partial refund.
You can also remove access to the product files from the customer's inventory.
Also, please make sure to select a proper reason and note as they will be sent to the customer and the payment processing company.
Note on Refund Fees
Platform fees and payment processing fees are not returned when issuing a full refund on either PayPal or Stripe.
