The best way to reach our support team is to:

For account-related inquiries, please include the following in your ticket:
- Your account email address
- Your support PIN (found at https://jinxxy.com/my/settings)
For purchase-related inquiries, please include the following in your ticket:
- Your order ID
- The email used for the order
- Your payment method information. For PayPal your PayPal email address. If you used a credit card the last 4 digits on your card.
Product Support
Remember, we are Jinxxy platform support, not the creators of the products. If you have an issue with the product itself please contact the creator directly.
You can find their contact information on your email receipt or on the product download page.
If you have an issue downloading the product or it's not showing up on your account, we can help with that.
