Marketplace Rules & Guidelines

Our marketplace is open to everyone and brings together creators from all backgrounds. However, we do not endorse any products. To maintain a high-quality and fair marketplace, we have a few rules that all products must follow. Products that do not comply will be removed.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe is not a good fit for our platform.

 

Basic Rules

  1. Product Type:

    • Your product must be a digital product intended for virtual reality or virtual content creation.

  2. Intellectual Property & Licensing:

    • You must own or have a valid license for anything you post.
    • Selling products containing copyrighted or trademarked content without proper licensing is not allowed. This applies to both your product and its listing.
    • You must follow the terms of use of any third-party assets you include.
    • Proper credit and attribution must be provided according to the asset creator’s terms.
    • You cannot use assets that explicitly prohibit commercial use or have unclear licensing terms.

  3. Thumbnails & Presentation:

    • Thumbnails must be safe for all audiences.
    • Any adult content must be safe for all audiences and marked as NSFW.
    • Thumbnails must not contain flashing, repetitive patterns, or movement that could trigger photosensitive users.

  4. Product Listings:

    • Products must be ready-to-download files.
    • Listings for pre-orders, promotions, sales, commissions, or services are not allowed.
    • You must clearly state what is included in your product.
    • If your product contains DRM, licensing restrictions, anti-piracy software, or any data collection, you must:
      • Disclose these restrictions upfront.
      • State what type of data is collected and how it is used.

 

Mature Content (Adult Content / NSFW)

The short version: Mature content is allowed, but pornographic material and any form of sexual services are not. This is a complicated topic, so check out our Mature Content policy for details.

 

Key Rules for Mature Content:

  • Any content featuring virtual nudity or adult themes must be marked as NSFW.
  • Product thumbnails must be safe for work (SFW).
  • No content that depicts or suggests characters as children or minors.
  • No content that depicts or suggests illegal or immoral activities.
