There could be a few reasons your products aren't showing up or updating:
Your products have been removed for a marketplace violation
You can check the status of your product via the Creator Dashboard. Then you can search the ban reason here in the help center for more information.
We just haven't discovered your product yet
External Stores can take up-to 2 days to refresh fully. This does not apply to Jinxxy stores.
If you've just added this product this might happen if you don't have our Discord bot in your server. You can manually add the product via the Creator Dashboard, read more information here.
Your store type might not be supported
Make sure that the external store that you're using is supported. You can find more information here.
My product is marked as missing
This happens when the system can no longer find your product listed on a external service. This is usually due to a product being removed or the URL changing. This can also happen sometimes when there is an issue connecting to the service.
If your product is marked as missing but is still active, you can click the Add Product button on the external store in the Creator Dashboard to have it refreshed.
