What is a chargeback?
A chargeback (also known as a payment dispute) is when your bank or payment provider reverses a charge that was already paid to Jinxxy and refunds the money to your payment method.
What Should I Do If I Don’t Recognize a Charge from Jinxxy?
If you see a charge you don’t recognize or suspect fraudulent activity, take these steps:
- Check your purchase history in your Jinxxy account.
- Ask friends or family if they made a purchase using your payment method.
- Contact us via Jinxxy Support if you still don’t recognize the charge.
Even if you don’t have a Jinxxy account, you can still contact us to report unauthorized charges.

If you have an issue with a purchase, we strongly recommend speaking to the creator of the product you purchased. If there was an issue getting the product, Jinxxy support able to resolve that for you.

What Happens If I File a Chargeback?
When a chargeback is filed, Jinxxy automatically restricts your account to protect against further fraud or unauthorized actions to protect our platform and creators.
This means you lose access to:
- Purchased digital products
- Future purchases and transactions
- Your payment method is banned from further purchases on our platform
How Can I Remove a Chargeback Restriction From My Account?
If your account has been restricted due to a chargeback, follow these steps to restore access:
- Cancel or Reverse the Dispute – Contact your bank or payment provider to cancel or reverse the chargeback.
- Contact Support – Your account will not be automatically restored. You must reach out to our support team to request the removal of the restriction and the restoration of your products.
- Pay the Chargeback Fee – A $25 USD fee per chargeback will be invoiced to cover payment processor fees. This must be paid before your restrictions can be lifted.
We cannot restore accounts that do not have their disputes closed or resolved.
💡 Tip: Banks usually have a limited time to reverse a chargeback, so check with them as soon as possible.
What If I Can’t Reverse the Chargeback?
If your bank refuses to reverse the chargeback, contact Jinxxy Support. We’ll work with you to find a solution, but we cannot guarantee account restoration if the dispute remains unresolved.
