Jinxxy automatically processes payouts for your sales, but there are a few important requirements you need to meet before receiving your first payment.
Payments are handled via third-party processors: Stripe & PayPal - you will be required to connect at least one processor via the Payment Settings page in the Creator Dashboard.
How Payouts Work
- Payment Processing Time: When a customer places an order, the payment is held for 7 days in the pending status. After the 7-day hold, the payment is added to your balance, making it eligible for payout once all other requirements are met. You can see when a order will clear from the order page.
- Payout Schedule: Payouts happen automatically every Thursday as long as you meet the requirements.
- Minimum Balance Requirement: To receive a payout, your balance must be at least $10 USD.
- First Payout Requirement: Before you can receive your first payout, you must make sales to at least 3 unique customers. After your first payout, you only need to meet the $10 balance requirement to receive future payouts.
- Payout Methods: Payouts are automatically deposited into your linked PayPal or Stripe account. Payments are handled via third-party processors: Stripe & PayPal – you will be required to connect at least one processor via the Payment Settings page in the Creator Dashboard.
- Tax and Compliance: Jinxxy acts as the merchant of record, meaning we automatically handle your VAT and sales tax requirements. Taxes are paid with the help of a third-party service, so you don’t have to worry about business compliance. You are only responsible for paying taxes on your income. If you need further assistance, we recommend consulting a tax professional.
Next Payout Breakdown
The Next Payout Breakdown on your Payouts Page provides an estimate of your upcoming payout by the next payout date. However, this does not guarantee that you meet the payout requirements (such as the $10 balance or 3 unique customers for your first payout). Instead, it serves as a breakdown of your income so you can track earnings.
You can also check when an order will clear and move from pending into your payout balance by visiting the Orders Page.
